Due to the natural variations in nature, no two items are exactly alike.

Returns & Refunds
Should the craftsmanship or material of your item fail under normal use, we will repair your item at no charge. If the material is no longer available, we will repair your item with a similar material of equal value.
We will not share your information with anyone else. Any information we collect will only be used to process your payment and if you choose, to receive email newsletters and specials on our products.
Will you create custom leater work?
In the creation of our leather work, the customer may choose from our available leathers, rivets, and centerpieces (if applicable).
How do I care for my Leather Jewelry, Bag, or Product?
We recommend using a quality leather cleaner & conditioner with a soft cloth.

Do you make it yourselves?
Yes. All of our products are handcrafted by us.
How do Healing Stones work?
Healing Stones are a wonderful addition to your healthcare regimen, but they should NEVER be used against, or in lieu, of your Doctor's directions!
I like the way it looks, I'm not interested in the healing properties. Can I wear it anyway?
Yes! Healing Stone Jewelry may be (and is!) used for aesthtic purposes only. So, if you just like the way it looks, go ahead and wear it, then remove like any other jewelry!
Chakra is referenced in your Stones section. What is Chakra?
Sanskrit (an old language traceable to 2BCE) describes the Chakra as a series of circular wheels of energy, in & around our bodies.
Will you create something with a customer provided stone?
We do on occasion create a custom piece with a customer provided stone. This type of custom piece is decided on a case by case basis.
How do I care for my Natural Stone Jewelry?
As General Care for you Natural Stone Jewelry, we recommend washing you jewelry every few wearings with shampoo or a gentle dishwashing detergent (i.e., Dawn), then rinse with warm water and dry with a lint free towel. A hairdryer set on the lowest heat setting may be used to dry in betweeen the weaving.
