Will the product I receive look like the picture I see?

Due to the natural variations in nature, no two items are exactly alike.
 
When you select an item, the product sent to you will have the same design, pattern and stone (if applicable) but the pattern may not appear in the same spot as seen in the picture and/or the stone may not have the same markings or color variants as the stone shown in picture.
 
While we do our best to meet your expectations, our inventory is constantly changing.

Returns, Repairs & Refunds

Should the craftsmanship or material of your item fail under normal use, we will repair your item at no charge.  If the material is no longer available, we will repair your item with a similar material of equal value.
 
We reserve the right to determine if an item has been abused or seen abnormal use.

We will not share your information with anyone else.  Any information we collect will only be used to process your payment and if you choose, to receive email newsletters and specials on our products.

Will you create custom leather work?

Accepted Answer

In the creation of our leather work, the customer may choose from our available leathers, rivets, and centerpieces (if applicable). 
 
The base design, size and closing mechanism of bags cannot be customized.
 
If you are interested in having a product made that you do not see here, please contact us directly by phone or email so that we may discuss the project with you.

How do I care for my Leather Jewelry, Bag, or Product?

We recommend using a quality leather cleaner & conditioner with a soft cloth. 
 
Cleaning is recommended only if the product becomes stained, otherwise, occasionally wipe with a damp cloth.

How do Healing Stones work?

Healing Stones are a wonderful addition to your healthcare regimen, but they should NEVER be used against, or in lieu, of your Doctor's directions!
 
Healing Stones work to reset the imbalances in our electro-magnetic frequencies.
 
Everything in nature has an electromagnetic frequency.  Different mineral content creates different frequencies, so every stone has a different frequency.
 
If you are using your Stone for healthcare, simply keep it on or in close proximity to your body as much as possible for its healing properties.

I like the way it looks, I'm not interested in the healing properties.  Can I wear it anyway?

Yes!  Healing Stone Jewelry may be (and is!) used for aesthtic purposes only.  So, if you just like the way it looks, go ahead and wear it, then remove like any other jewelry!

Chakra is referenced in your Stones section.  What is Chakra?

Sanskrit (an old language traceable to 2BCE) describes the Chakra as a series of circular wheels of energy, in & around our bodies.
 
The 7 main Chakras line up at central hubs of our nervous system along the center of our body & each is associated with specific stones to help heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Will you create something with a customer provided stone?

We do on occasion create a custom piece with a customer provided stone.  This type of custom piece is decided on a case by case basis. 
 
It is best to contact us by phone or email to discuss the details of what you have, what you envision, and if we feel we can create what you want.

Question 15

How do I care for my Natural Stone Jewelry?

Accepted Answer

As General Care for you Natural Stone Jewelry, we recommend washing you jewelry every few wearings with shampoo or a gentle dishwashing detergent (i.e., Dawn), then rinse with warm water and dry with a lint free towel.  A hairdryer set on the lowest heat setting may be used to dry in betweeen the weaving.
 
If worn daily we recommend cleaning your jewelry once a week.  If not worn daily, every 5-10 wearings.  Should you become hot and sweaty while wearing your jewelry, clean more often.
 
Keep sterling washed off & sealed in a baggie with a piece of dustless chalk to prevent tarnish.
 
Every piece of jewelry will come with a card(s) that will provide you with information about the stone(s) in your item.
