Should the craftsmanship or material of your item fail under normal use, we will repair your item at no charge. Should the damaged material no longer be available, we will either repair your item with a similar material or replace it entirely with another item of equal value.
We will not share your information with anyone else. Any information we collect will only be used to process your payment and if you choose, to receive quarterly email newsletters and specials on our products.

Can I buy online?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our products, not all of our products are available online.
How do I care for my Leather Bag, Bible Cover, Cuff, Journal, Key Chain, Money Clip, or Wallet?
Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth.
How do I care for my Natural Stone Jewelry?
As General Care for your Wire-Woven Natural Stone Jewelry, we recommend washing your jewelry every few wearings with baby shampoo or a gentle dishwashing detergent such as original Blue Dawn, then rinse with warm water and dry with a lint free towel. A hairdryer set on the lowest heat setting may be used to dry in betweeen the weaving.
What should I do if my Leather product gets wet?
If your Leather product becomes wet, do not use any type of heat source to dry it. Do not place in sun, use a hair dryer, etc.
How do I care for my Leather Cord or Riveted Leather Bracelet?
Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Do NOT use any cleaner, soap or leather conditioners on these products.
How do I store my Leather Product?
Only store leather in a well ventilated, climate controlled environment. Never store in a location that is subject to extreme temperature variations such as a car or non-climate controlled storage building.
Why is my product changing color?
Leather products will naturally become softer and darker over time as a result of the oils from your body transferring to the product. This is normal and not something that can be avoided.
Do you make it yourselves?
Yes. All of our products are handcrafted by us.
How do Healing Stones work?
Healing Stones are a wonderful addition to your healthcare regimen, but they should NEVER be used against, or in lieu, of your Doctor's directions!
I like the way it looks, I'm not interested in the healing properties. Can I wear it anyway?
Yes! Healing Stone Jewelry may be (and is!) used for aesthtic purposes only. So, if you just like the way it looks, go ahead and wear it, then remove like any other jewelry!
Chakra is referenced in your Stones section. What is Chakra?
Sanskrit (an old language traceable to 2BCE) describes the Chakra as a series of circular wheels of energy, in & around our bodies.
What kind of stones do you use?
All of our stones are semi-precious, top or 1st quality stones, Grade A or above.
Will you create custom leather work?
In the creation of our leather work, the customer may choose from our available leathers, rivets, tooling patterns and centerpieces (if applicable).
Will you create something with a customer provided stone?
We do on occasion create a custom piece with a customer provided stone. This type of custom piece is decided on a case by case basis.
